With over 3 decades in the electrical trade and more than a decade of experience doing electrical inspections for residential, government, high-rise, and commercial properties, clients get the installations correct and do not need to “hope the inspector caught everything.”

When submitting an estimate, the goal is to be a median price for high quality. We feel that if an estimate is too low, something was missed and there will be a surprise that “We found something.” If the estimate is too high, the bidder is trying to retire on that one project. There is a sweet spot somewhere in the middle that the estimate should be fair. We always want our bids to be fair so that you get what you paid for, and you only need the repair to be done once.
